• We do not offer refunds.
• Replacements are only offered for bottles with a manufacturing defect.
• Replacements will not be issued for the following reasons:
• Personal fragrance preference (if you do not like the scent)
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
To request a replacement for a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

2. Include a video clearly showing the defect.
3. Attach your proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
Once we receive the required information, we will arrange a prompt replacement for you.

How much does shipping cost?
